FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW DOES IT WORK?

When you are on a trip and feel the need to rent a bike, you can contact us. We work on the same principle as that of AIRBNB for accommodation. Any one interested in renting a bike can send a message or an email to the owner as a booking request. A background check is run automatically and a booking request is placed and the contact details of the owner are shared. We get 12 hours to respond to your request. Or else the booking stands canceled automatically. The renter can cancel the booking at any time. No fee is levied for it. As soon as the owner confirms the booking, the renter gets further details. THE OWNER OR THE RENTER CAN CANCEL THE BOOKING IF THE DEAL DOES NOT WORK OUT FOR EITHER. The refunds are processed without delay and the money is reflected in your account after a few days.
